AFRICAN ART: THE ARAK COLLECTION: LATITUDES ART FAIR BOOK LAUNCH
On 24 May 2025, at Latitudes Art Fair in Johannesburg, ARAK launched African Art: The ARAK Collection, the definitive and debut publication of the Qatar-based ARAK Collection—founded by Abdul Rahman AlKhulaifi and home to over 4000 works by artists from Sub-Saharan Africa.
The launch took place as part of Jonathan Ball’s book programme at the 2025 Latitudes Art Fair and saw author, Ashraf Jamal, discussing the book with a live audience before signing copies of the book.
